This year at PIRC we are placing a special emphasis on the competitive side of the conference recognizing the students that perform the best during this weekend. PIRC 2014 will heavily emphasize discussion based activities and simulations rooted in current international affairs.  These crisis simulations integrate what the students have learned from the speakers with their own creative problem-solving skills. Our aim is to have every student walk away from PIRC with a better understanding of and deeper curiosity for the world around them and to bring that curiosity back into the classroom. 

 

Please come back during the fall to learn more the thematic about this year’s simulations and discussions. From practice simulation guides to instructional videos posted to the PIRC website, we want to make this the most accessible, fun and interactive conference to date.
